HISTORY
Android Technologies started development of a full-scale humanoid robot in 2006. The first version of the robot was called the AR-400. In 2007, a slightly improved version, AR-400M, was created, and in 2008 the model AR-600 was unveiled. The company continues to work to improve this model.
